The apartment includes a living room with a traditional brick fireplace that adds warmth and intimacy to the space; a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and cookware; a bathroom with vintage terrazzo sink and countertop; and a bedroom with a wrought-iron bed and a king-size mattress (180x200) to ensure maximum comfort.

A window overlooking the woods, framed by antique embroidered curtains, completes the experience—allowing you to wake up to birdsong and fall asleep in absolute silence.

The king-size bed, complete with a plush topper, guarantees maximum comfort. The suite also features a walk-in closet with a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, mini fridge, and safe.

The private bathroom offers a freestanding vintage-style bathtub, double sink, bidet, and a shower equipped with Turkish bath, chromotherapy, and integrated radio—transforming every moment into a true wellness experience. The Stanza degli Affreschi can be booked on its own, or together with the adjacent Stanza delle Rose, creating an ideal unit for four guests: two couples, four friends, or families with children.
